Agriculture and Socio-Economic Journal (ASEJ) is an open-access and published by Lembaga Penelitian, Pengembangan, Pemberdayaan Potensi Indonesia (LP4I). ASEJ obtained its e-ISSN Number (3047-454X) on 3rd May 2024. Scientific articles published in this journal include research from students, lecturers, researchers, practitioners, and other academicians. ASEJ accommodates original thinking with a focus on the agriculture and socioeconomic sector in the scope of agriculture management, agriculture extension, socio-economic agriculture, agriculture policy, rural planning and sustainability, and other research on socio-economics. These various original thoughts could be in the form of research results, theoretical studies, methodological studies, seminar reviews, book reviews, and reviews of actual agricultural development issues in general.

ASEJ is published three times a year, in March, July, and November due to considerations related to most universities' academic timelines so the journal could accommodate more works from junior writers or beginners. ASEJ only accepts manuscripts that have never been published and are not in the process of publication in other journals. The writing procedure follows the requirements described in the author's guidelines.
